Sustainability is a guiding principle across the lifecycle of our data centers, from development and design to construction and operations. It’s also something that every Yondr-ite is responsible for, weaving it into the fabric of our business.
The Four Cs
Yondr’s sustainability strategy is built on four foundational areas that are material to our business.
The four Cs, as we call them, are designed to drive measurable progress and ensure we remain focused on areas where we can maximise impact.
Our sustainability strategy was shaped by a comprehensive review of our impact on people and planet and the external impacts on Yondr.
This keeps us accountable to the environment, communities, our clients and evolving regulation.
Clients
- Helps us to collaborate with clients on sustainability and innovation, leading to tailored sustainable solutions.
Compliance
- Gets us ready for new legislative requirements and industry expectations across the ESG areas that are material to Yondr.
Carbon
- Sets carbon-related targets and strategy across all our activities (including achieving net zero in scopes 1 and 2 by 2030).
Communities
- Becoming a Welcome Neighbour by supporting local communities, while embracing the values of a Global Citizen beyond that.
ESG Report
Our ESG reporting reflects our ongoing efforts to embed transparency, accountability, and sustainability across our operations.
Each report has been informed by reporting frameworks such as the European Sustainability Report Standards (ESRS), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
