Ailish is involved with site assessment, selection, land acquisition and Yondr’s development strategy, delivering projects in the EMEA region. She oversees the development of our real estate strategy and identifies client opportunities in the data center market.

Ailish’s extensive experience has seen her working for telecommunications organisations like Three, Vodafone and Meteor Mobile Communications. Responsible for all aspects of the commercial property lifecycle, Ailish is a skilled negotiator, project planner and portfolio manager.

Over 30 years of data center experience have seen Boon Teck as a colocation customer, a data center service provider and managing and selling data center space.

As VP of DC Operations for APAC at Yondr, Boon Teck develops a team of engineers, along with the processes, policies and procedures necessary to operate and maintain regional data centers, meet Yondr’s global standards and manage client expectations.

Having started his career as an engineer, Boon Teck gets deep into the operational details with his team – ‘walking the talk’. Boon Teck values simplicity and sees his role as one of enabling efficiency and productivity.

As Chief Financial Officer, Chester leads on Yondr’s global financial strategy and guides our financial decisions to maximise growth as we expand in selected geographies.

Chester has an impressive track record of financial leadership and a deep understanding of the industry, helping to grow Yondr globally and serve extensive client demands across regions.

Prior to Yondr, Chester was Finance Director at CyrusOne with responsibility for EMEA. During his tenure Chester was instrumental in driving business growth. Chester was previously CFO of Zenium Data Centers, a hyperscale data center developer and operator, successfully leading the company to a high multiple exit.

Leading Yondr’s Client Solutions function, David positions the team for growth. He leads the engineering strategy to align the product competitively to the market’s needs – including land acquisition, technical strategy, quality delivery and long term lifecycle improvement.

David champions simplicity. The designs he has developed for Yondr are the most comprehensive critical environments in the world; in terms of efficient £/W construction, rapid deployment, energy efficiency and quality standards. He’s also developed streamlined tools to support the engineering function (processes, reporting, project delivery R&R, interfacing), whilst providing lead technical oversight for Yondr’s first flagship asset.

Prior to Yondr, David held leadership positions in CBRE as Director, International COE Technical and Projects Lead for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His significant experience working as consultant, contractor, operator and now developer, brings a holistic lifecycle approach to the development of critical facilities.

Eve is redefining Yondr’s procurement function with a relationship-first approach to support Yondr’s growth journey and the delivery of long-term value, quality and innovation for its clients.

Overseeing procurement for the build, fit-out and management of Yondr’s data centers, Eve ensures an agile supply chain, aligned with client needs. This involves developing a panel of global, regional, and local suppliers experienced in mission-critical environments. Empowering and enabling Yondr’s teams to efficiently access the specific skills and experience needed for each project.

This strategic approach to procurement will position Yondr to meet future demands for cutting-edge requirements and drive predictable, reliable, sustainable growth for Yondr and its clients.

Based in Singapore, Hisham thrives in dynamic environments, leveraging his extensive experience to help Yondr’s clients navigate complex digital infrastructure investment landscapes to craft bespoke solutions. By incorporating innovation, foresight and fostering strategic partnerships, he helps clients execute highly integrated delivery programmes across multiple domains such as telecommunications, data center engineering and renewable energy.

Since joining Yondr, Hisham has spearheaded a landmark 100-megawatt AI-centric data center in Malaysia – one of the first of its kind globally. Hisham has contributed significantly to the digital infrastructure evolution from the early days of colocation to the modern era of AI-driven platforms.

By focusing on innovation and execution, Hisham strives to help clients overcome obstacles and future-proof their data center investments.

With 16 years’ multifunctional health and safety experience, Juliane has delivered Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) projects and positive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, across power generation components, medical devices and corporate roles.

Working closely with the VP of HSE at Yondr, Juliane leads the end-to-end delivery of the HSE programme in APAC – from site readiness and technical due diligence, to contractor selection, overseeing construction and data center operations.

Juliane upholds a modern health and safety mindset at Yondr, driving core strategy with a holistic approach to systems and setting people up for success. Since joining Yondr, Juliane has been recognised as one of Infrastructure Masons’ IM100 and is part of the HSQE team that won Yondr’s Beyond Award for Great Place to Work in 2023.

With over a decade of marketing experience across data centers, construction, publishing and localisation, Louise’s ability to see all angles inspires meaningful marketing and communications at Yondr.

Since joining Yondr in 2019, Louise’s responsibilities have spanned external communications, events, social media, public relations, brand and more. Her highlights include supporting the delivery of Yondr’s first ESG report and involvement in creating the Yondr Foundation.

Louise takes great care in representing Yondr the right way; spotlighting its people, projects and achievements. It’s Louise’s emphasis on relationships that enables her to deliver quality, relevant marketing communications that resonates with audiences. This collaborative spirit carries through to Louise’s role as brand guardian – protecting the brand and evolving it to reflect Yondr’s development.

Paul’s role as CEO sees him responsible for the strategic direction of the business. He is passionate that all stakeholders have a great experience with Yondr, and that our unique culture continues to thrive.

Paul Cossell has been well known in the construction industry for over 25 years, and has a belief that the built environment can be delivered to the benefit of all stakeholders, and the world around us.

Previous to his appointment, he was CEO of international construction company ISG, where he led its entrance into the data center construction market, successfully delivering hundreds of megawatts of data center capacity.  Paul was previously the chairman of Build UK, the leading representative organisation for the UK construction industry. He is also an ambassador of the Aplastic Anaemia Trust.

Paul leads on the global development schedule for Yondr (including energy and sustainability), identifying new markets and helping to ensure client success.

Paul joined Yondr as Global Head of Development where he was responsible for strategic partnerships and joint ventures to drive global expansion plans, creating a data center portfolio of 500MW with a GDV of over EUR2 billion.

Prior to Yondr, Paul was based in Singapore, where he co-founded a global property investment firm. Combining investment banking and real estate management skills, he built a diverse portfolio of prime industrial and logistics real estate and data centers.

A UK and Irish qualified corporate finance lawyer previously at Matheson, Paul advised on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Paul has a B.Corp Law and LLB from NUIG, Dip in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, MBS in Asian Business from UCC/NTU Singapore and a Dip in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin.

Paul (or ‘Hoody’ as he’s known to friends) heads up Yondr’s business across EMEA. With 30+ years experience in engineering operations globally, Hoody provides strategic leadership in the planning and delivery of asset operations, whilst driving operational excellence and security best practice across our global portfolio.

Hoody joined from Pure Data Centres Group, where he was Global Head of Operations. Before Pure, he was Head of Engineering Operations EME at Barclays, responsible for 2,500 properties / 22 million sq ft, including three core enterprise data centers, multiple trading floors and the corporate headquarters. At Barclays Global Retail Bank, he ran a portfolio of c.6,000 properties across 36 million sq ft of floor space and implemented a global standard for best practice in mechanical, electrical and controls engineering.

In earlier years Hoody was VP Head of Engineering operations EMEA for JPMorgan, having responsibility for the entire portfolio across the region.

Paul has won two Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) awards for innovation and design.

As the voice of the client, Raj plays a vital role in influencing product design and development so it aligns with clients’ evolving growth. A specialist in bridging technical and commercial perspectives, Raj enjoys holding direct conversations that rapidly develop effective solutions that anticipate future client needs.

Known for his open mind and collaborative style, Raj is often the person executives turn to when they need a solution to a challenging problem. Be that building new departments or tackling tricky engineering problems.

With extensive digital infrastructure experience gained at AstraZeneca and Amazon Web Services, Raj is on track to deliver 500 megawatts by 2025.

Since joining in 2020, Ross has been instrumental in shaping Yondr’s sustainability strategy, including the launch of its inaugural ESG report and net-zero carbon roadmap.

Delivering against the four Cs – compliance, carbon, client collaboration and community impact –  Ross and his team advance Yondr’s reputation as a responsible, forward-thinking data center partner.

With a background in renewable and commercial energy sectors, Ross applies this experience to foster partnerships and offer sustainable solutions. As well as helping Yondr and its clients to achieve their sustainability goals.

With a focus on practical, action-oriented progress, Ross is focused on positively impacting the communities in which Yondr operates. Ensuring Yondr’s energy and sustainability strategy drives positive impact for clients and communities alike.

Driven by the belief that talent is the cornerstone of organisational success, Sandhya defines and delivers Yondr’s people strategy to support business transformation and growth. Coming full circle from her computer science degree roots, she brings nearly 30 years of technology, finance, and human resources expertise to her role.

Her transition to HR began with a high-profile project for the Prime Minister of the UAE, creating a knowledge hub that upskilled the workforce and transformed the UAE’s economy. This groundbreaking initiative laid the foundation for executive roles at ADP and Thompson Reuters, where she led global talent initiatives across emerging markets.

Sandhya’s passion for developing people and helping them reach their full potential makes HR her true calling. Work with Sandhya and you’ll find she champions people-focused leadership and autonomy, driving employee success and enhancing client service delivery – creating a win-win for all Yondr’s stakeholders.

Since joining Yondr, Soumaya has led negotiations for nearly 200 MW of hyperscale data center capacity across three continents. Her extensive experience includes closing billion-dollar, large-scale infrastructure deals in multiple geographies, across sectors including utilities, energy, mining and transportation.

With a dual background in finance and law, Soumaya is well-versed in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations. This involves leading different stages of a project’s lifecycle from pre-development to financial close and includes mergers and acquisitions.

Beyond her business leadership, Soumaya is a trustee of WeForest where she actively supports the organisation’s global efforts to restore forest ecosystems and foster resilient local communities, ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
