Pete leads Yondr’s global development schedule. He identifies new markets, ensures speed and scale is achievable, drives design innovation and business transformation across geographies, as well as overseeing client success.

Pete has worked at every stage of the data center product lifecycle, starting off as an electrical engineer and commissioning expert, driving projects across the finish line. Before Yondr he was at Google, heading up their Global Infrastructure Programme. Responsible for site selection, colocation acquisition, hyperscale strategy and energy, he built contracting, vendor and professional services supply chain to deliver 1000s of MW of project pipeline and concurrently designed and managed multiple large scale data center projects.

Pete isn’t one for jargon. His straight-talking, no nonsense communication style, mixed with his vast experience, gives him the ability to clearly direct our teams and products on some of the largest hyperscale projects in the world.

Éanna’s strategic role ensures Yondr delivers solutions that enable our clients to flourish without constraints. He leads the investment, development, management of digital infrastructure assets across the Americas.

Éanna joins Yondr from the Google Datacenter Delivery and Execution Leadership team where he was responsible for global cost management, risk management, scheduling, contracts and portfolio operations, he successfully deployed global strategies, built teams, developed cultures and delivered projects across five continents.

Before Google, Éanna enabled owners in retail, education, healthcare, real estate, pharmaceuticals and technology to deliver their capital programs more efficiently in Ireland, United Kingdom and across the United States.

Éanna is a leader in promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and is committed to continuing to advocate across the industry. Éanna championed supplier Diversity on the Google Datacenter program increasing diverse supplier spend by tens of millions of dollars.

As a devoted father of two young girls, Éanna’s goal is to ensure that his children and all generations have equal opportunities during their professional careers.

Éanna grew up on the west coast of Ireland and now calls California home. He is an avid sports fan and keen golfer. He graduated magna cum laude from Technological University Dublin with a dual major Bachelor of Science in Economics and Construction Management.

Paul (or ‘Hoody’ as he’s known to friends) heads up Yondr’s business across EMEA. With 30+ years experience in engineering operations globally, Hoody provides strategic leadership in the planning and delivery of asset operations, whilst driving operational excellence and security best practice across our global portfolio.

Hoody joined from Pure Data Centres Group, where he was Global Head of Operations. Before Pure, he was Head of Engineering Operations EME at Barclays, responsible for 2,500 properties / 22 million sq ft, including three core enterprise data centers, multiple trading floors and the corporate headquarters. At Barclays Global Retail Bank, he ran a portfolio of c.6,000 properties across 36 million sq ft of floor space and implemented a global standard for best practice in mechanical, electrical and controls engineering.

In earlier years Hoody was VP Head of Engineering operations EMEA for JPMorgan, having responsibility for the entire portfolio across the region.

Paul has won two Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) awards for innovation and design.

Laramie is a seasoned data center expert with over 15 years of leadership experience delivering hundreds of MW in capacity across several data center locations globally.   

Laramie is responsible for Yondr’s data center design innovations and leads the company’s construction delivery, design implementations and supply chain management globally. He believes the key to success in the industry is the ability to deliver digital infrastructure products that are both safe and that consistently exceed client expectations.

As group director, solutions-driven Caroline works across the Yondr Group to further business growth. She has a wide ranging remit, enhancing the business in mobilising new regions, working with the operational teams to realise efficiencies and promoting business intelligence to provide new perspectives and freedom from constraints.

Caroline has spent 25 years working within the data center industry across the asset life cycle, primarily in Europe on technical projects with a high IT / services content. Her client list includes developers, owner occupiers and some of the largest global financial institutions.

Liz heads up our quality department, leading, directing and promoting its strategic and operational performance across Europe. From launching new initiatives across the business, to implementing quality controls and processes, she makes sure Yondr is compliant for audits, assessments and inspections.

Liz worked for a global construction company prior to Yondr, leading a team that provided quality support for three data center campuses in Europe. She’s up to speed on all things ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, and drives continuous improvement across the team.

Jameel has over 10 years’ experience in the mission critical sector. At Yondr, his main focus is to be a multidisciplinary stakeholder in the land acquisition and delivery of the design for Yondr development projects. He’s involved in the strategic expansion of site selection, site-specific design, technical strategy, development and implementation of Yondr data center designs.

He has delivered several projects from conception to completion, delivering megawatts in France, Spain, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Before Yondr, Jameel worked at Equinix, RED Engineering and EYP Mission Critical Facilities. He also holds a first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University.

Katie leads Yondr’s global marketing communications team, responsible for brand, marketing and communications. With over a decade in senior marketing and public relations roles, Katie has built Yondr’s brand from the ground up. Leading to bring out the best in others, Katie nurtures the team to live and breathe the brand’s values.

Prior to Yondr, Katie led the European brand launch of PRS and student accommodation assets for Greystar, a global multi-family and student accommodation investor, property management agent and developer. Working in partnership with Goldman Sachs, PSP Investments and Pramerica, on an asset portfolio of circa £2.2bn, across 15 cities.

She’s passionate that Yondr’s high standards don’t stop with data center delivery, but are upheld across all aspects of the Yondr brand.

Paul oversees the acquisition, development and leasing of Yondr’s real estate portfolio. He’s also responsible for strategic partnerships and joint ventures to drive global expansion plans, creating a data center portfolio of 500MW with a GDV of over EUR2 billion.

Prior to Yondr, Paul was based in Singapore, where he co-founded a global property investment firm. Combining investment banking and real estate management skills, he built a diverse portfolio of prime industrial and logistics real estate and data centers.

A UK and Irish qualified corporate finance lawyer previously at Matheson, Paul advised on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Paul has a B.Corp Law and LLB from NUIG, Dip in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, MBS in Asian Business from UCC/NTU Singapore and a Dip in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin.

Leading Yondr’s technical engineering function, David positions the engineering team for growth. He leads the engineering strategy to align the product competitively to the market’s needs – including land acquisition, technical strategy, quality delivery and long term lifecycle improvement.

David champions simplicity. The designs he has developed for Yondr are the most comprehensive critical environments in the world; in terms of efficient £/W construction, rapid deployment, energy efficiency and quality standards. He’s also developed streamlined tools to support the engineering function (processes, reporting, project delivery R&R, interfacing), whilst providing lead technical oversight for Yondr’s first flagship asset.

Prior to Yondr, David held leadership positions in CBRE as Director, International COE Technical and Projects Lead for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His significant experience working as consultant, contractor, operator and now developer, brings a holistic lifecycle approach to the development of critical facilities.

Overseeing the design and development of our campus products, Mustan is a chartered engineer with over 15 years’ experience.

A specialist in critical systems for data centers and live infrastructure upgrades, he leads the design of our data center products and sets out strategic principles for new land acquisition. A core focus for Yondr, Mustan takes R&D initiatives into new design solutions and technologies.

Mustan joined Yondr from Cundall, where he managed overall project delivery for critical systems teams on campuses up to 600MW and was the client’s main point of contact. He has helped deliver megawatts across Europe.’

 

Ailish is involved with site assessment, selection, land acquisition and Yondr’s development strategy, delivering projects in the EMEA region. Supporting the development of our real estate strategy identifies client opportunities in the data center market.

Ailish’s extensive experience has seen her working for telecommunications organisations like Three, Vodafone and Meteor Mobile Communications. Responsible for all aspects of the commercial property lifecycle, Ailish is a skilled negotiator, project planner and portfolio manager.

Dedicated, pragmatic and results-minded, Johan is our regional director, leading on commercial operations across EMEA. Since he joined Yondr, Johan has developed and implemented a standard operations model for maintaining and operating Yondr data centers. His model has helped give clients maximum uptime, reinforce the Yondr culture of continuous improvement, and ensure health and safety and quality, as well as being environmentally friendly.

With 30 plus years’ experience across construction, technology and telecommunications, Johan joined Yondr from Global Switch where he was responsible for profit and loss on activities across the Netherlands. Prior to Global Switch, Johan was Managing Director at VolkerWessels where he served on the board.
