On June 30, 2026, Yondr JK 1, LLC (the “Yondr JK 1”) issued $715 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior secured notes due 2031 (the “notes”) in a transaction exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
Yondr JK 1 maintains a confidential data site (the “Data Site”) through which it makes available certain reports and teleconference notices required by the terms of the indenture governing the notes. If you would like to access the Data Site but have not yet been qualified by Yondr JK 1, please email your request to the email address below along with a completed “Request for Information and Confidentially Agreement” available below (a “Request Form”).
Upon qualification, you will be sent an email with the login instructions. Please note that the proper submission of a Request Form does not guarantee qualification to access the Data Site. Yondr JK 1 may request additional information and may impose additional conditions (including with respect to confidentiality requirements) prior to providing access to the Data Site, and may deny access in its sole discretion, including by determining that a request for access to the Data Site has been made by, or on behalf of, a competitor of Yondr JK 1 or by determining that providing access to the Data Site may be harmful to Yondr JK 1 or any of its affiliates.
