About Yondr

Yondr is a developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers. Our mission is to meet growing businesses' data center capacity and technical real estate needs faster, more elegantly and with better performance outcomes than anyone else. As an organisation, we self-fund, design, deliver and operate hyperscale data center facilities globally.

The role

You will be participating in a two-year rotation program as laid down in our Yondr Graduate Program. Making an impact through the opportunity for various rotations on interesting and diverse projects at different locations across Yondr to improve social and business outcomes. Gaining technical, project and commercial experience through this program. You need to be a graduate with less than two years of work experience where your passion and enthusiasm meets the opportunity which we provide.

 

What is expected of you? 

  • Contribute to filling a ‘real position’ within a department or function under mentor guidance on the various range of interesting and simulating projects.
  • Cross functional exposure as you would be given the opportunity to work across disciplines, sectors and countries to drive innovation, problem solving and sharing of knowledge.
  • Continuous learning spirit and Yondr will provide opportunities for your professional development and exposure for regular presentations to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Progressive increased responsibilities and stretch opportunities for you to optimise your potential as you develop your specialisation and capabilities.
  • Be part of the talent attraction initiation journey, representing Yondr at campus / career / university events, talks, etc.
  • Maintain and ownership of your own personal development logbook and career plan.

 

What should you possess? 

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in any technical / business curriculum.
  • Curious mind and armed with a strong learning mindset, with aptitude and interest to drive outcomes.
  • Collaborative and open approach to drive results with diverse teams with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An individual with who is driven, committed and enthusiastic displaying passion with the industry / business trends, issues and / or opportunities.
  • Possess an innovative and creative problem solving mindset, able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language would be beneficial.
