Yondr recognises its people with the inaugural Beyond Awards

This November Yondr celebrated its people from across the global with the inaugural Beyond Awards. The awards were established to recognise Yondr-ites who consistently go above and beyond, embodying the spirit of our organisation and making a lasting impact on our workplace, clients and the communities we serve.

The event was hosted by our very own CEO Paul Cossell who kicked off the ceremony by highlighting that our values are the foundation of our business and should not just be words on a page; they should be the principles that breathe life into our culture, shape the way we work, collaborate and grow together. The award categories were based on our values and commitments to our workplace, clients and planet.

Paul handed over to members of our executive and senior leadership to present each of the awards then concluded the ceremony with the standout award and a surprise CEO award for outstanding contribution to Yondr. All award winners received a sustainable award trophy made from Remade acrylic and a winner’s gift box to mark the occasion.

The awards were interspersed throughout out a three-course dinner and to add a bit of fun, a magician and caricaturist kept us entertained and on our toes. The night ended with a live band to dance the night away.

Congratulations to our worthy winners!
