Yondr is a developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers. Our mission is to meet growing businesses' data center capacity and technical real estate needs faster, more elegantly and with better performance outcomes than anyone else. As an organisation, we self-fund, design, deliver and operate hyperscale data center facilities globally.

The role

The purpose of the role is to co-designing and maintain Yondr’s global mobility policies, processes, supporting tools and governance. You ensure that Yondr-ites are taken care of and are offered flawless high-quality support at their international assignments and business travel related to planning, contract, immigration/visa and employee support. You support Yondr’s Global Mobility Lead with establishing all HR related processes, policies, procedures in new countries that Yondr is entering in line with the Yondr culture and values.


Main responsibilities

  • Co-creating, executing and maintaining Yondr’s framework for mobilisation to and between various countries
  • Liaising with Yondr’s external vendors for immigration-, employee tax, compensation and payroll support
  • Consulting and advising the business around global mobility implications and procedures in business tenders and alike
  • Handling escalation and clarification requests from HRBPs and line managers
  • Ensuring compliant international moves by timely guaranteeing and supporting HRBPs with all relevant employee documentation and employer registrations
  • Reporting and creating business insights on trends within Yondr’s international moves
  • Assist with creating global mobility content and process guides for employees on Yondrverse (Yondr’s intranet)
  • Execute compliance audits
  • Manage all assignment paperwork


 Qualifications and experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in global mobility inhouse or as a consultant covering EMEA, APAC and the Americas
  • Experience with working in a time-critical project environment
  • Great communication skills to inform, comfort and manage expectations of the numerous people and parties involved with international travel
  • Knowledge of expat tax, compensation and payroll related issues
