The role

Yondr Tech delivers ICT, Security and Converged Network solutions to our clients across EMEA in the Hyperscale DC market. As we look to move into new markets we are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Director to identify and develop new opportunities in a pro-active and innovative manner.  Working with the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to develop and define strategy to grow the business into new markets. You will be supported by the Group Client Solutions and Marcomms team to define and communicate our brand and capabilities to the market. 

You will be highly skilled in relationship building, negotiating and will have a strong technical understanding of our core services, our target clients and the industry. 


Main responsibilities

  • Manage existing client base in EMEA
  • Identify new opportunities across target clients
  • Identify synergies and opportunities in new sectors
  • Manage technical sales across varied service lines 
  • Work with group sales team align sales strategy
  • Work with pre-construction team to track and close out all opportunities  
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Map clients and maintain CRM 
  • Regular and accurate reporting 
  • Attend and contribute to regular sales and board meetings

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Strong technical understanding of ICT, Security and Converged Network markets
  • Consultative approach to selling (expert to expert) 
  • Ability to present to all levels from senior management to board level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proven track record of developing and building new business 
  • Experience in defining strategy and route to market
